For Our Lil Skunks

We are very proud of the programming we provide for children — from great children’s plays and concerts to circus fun to all-ages yoga.  We’re glad to welcome back and thank our friends at Acting Up Theater Troupe of the Mountain Page Theater and The Secret Cirkus for hosting our Kiddieland adventures.

Acting Up is a fearless, funny, and fabulously talented group of child and adult performers, whether they’re belting out show tunes, dancing in sparkles, or bringing fairy tales to life with unexpected twists. From first-time performers to seasoned scene-stealers, these folks act up in all the best ways—sharing joy, telling great stories, and reminding all of us that theater is where magic (and a lot of glitter) happens.

There will be many types of Kids’ Activities this festival.  We’ll have musical and theatrical performances, singalongs, crafting, kickball, movies and of course the Saturday afternoon parade.  The Secret Cirkus will be performing on stage and hosting kids’ activities in the big field during the fest as well.

All around the SkunkFarm there are lots of fun things for the kids, including tree swings, The Jolley Skunk Wilderness Kingdom Playground, the SkunkArt Bus and nature trails! We also have The Skunk View Drive-In Movie in the evenings.  Bring your kid’s wagon or kiddie car for them to watch outdoor movies in KiddieLand.

Parents – make sure to keep an eye on the kids — a small fish pond is located on the property. (There may be some large fish in there too!)  We’ve experienced some property damage from unsupervised kids in the past, so please keep up with them. Also, while we have children’s activities that provide great entertainment for them, please note that we are not babysitters.
